Is Your Cleaner Taking Calls While Working In Your Home?

One thing we have heard about is cleaners working in someone’s home and taking work calls at the same time. At Uplift Cleaning Company, professionalism is a very important value that we live at work. We even have a company policy about personal device
usage at work!
Why Don’t You Take Work Calls On Worksites?
When we are working at someone’s home, our task is cleaning that home. We will not be taking work calls. Using a personal device on break, for an emergency, or to accommodate an employee’s needs so they can work safely (like with health appliances that connect to their phone) is perfectly fine with us. But we guarantee you that we will not be found texting casually while we are cleaning your home! No games. No texting our friends. No being distracted from the work we came here to do!
Who Answers The Phone Then?
When you choose to call, email, or reach out via social media to Uplift Cleaning Company, you will be answered by me, James the Administrative Assistant. I usually do not go on cleanings. I have in the past a few times, but my job is to communicate with people making inquiries, co-ordinate with Ada the business owner, and generally take care of answering the phone so the cleaning crew can focus on cleaning.
Professionalism Matters!
Uplift Cleaning Company believes that professionalism matters. This is reflected in us bringing an outdoor and indoor pair of shoes to your home when we clean, the fact that we are uniformed while on duty, our device usage policy, our usage of structured interviews when we are looking for new employees, and much more!
When you choose Uplift Cleaning Company, you are not just getting a clean home or office, or a yard clear of dog waste. You get professional cleaners and support staff who believe in providing the best service possible to our clients. While we are not perfect, as we are humans, we try our best to deliver on our company’s values every day!
