Is Uplift Cleaning Company A Tech Business?

Uplift Cleaning Company is not a tech business. But here is why that question is important. We do have our own app that we use to provide service to clients in an accurate and timely manner, allowing us to avoid having a confusing mess of paperwork and to keep everything organized.

What Is It Called?

Uplift Cleaning Company’s app is called Inhale HQ. It was developed by Ada, the owner of Uplift Cleaning Company, to make it easier to run a small cleaning business without being overwhelmed with papers about every aspect of the business, particularly regarding clients and checklists we use for providing our usual high-quality services.

Why Is This Important To Me?

Every cleaning job Uplift Cleaning Company does is custom. Each client’s needs are different, depending on what they want to have done. Some of our clients just want a few areas of their home cleaned, while others want everything including the baseboards, railings, ceilings, and more cleaned! By having our own bespoke software, we are able to efficiently make custom cleaning checklists that keep us on track to meet our client’s expectations.

Our clients benefit from us having Inhale HQ, to provide them with the best service possible when we clean their home. It is unique to Uplift Cleaning Company at this time.

Why Make Your Own Software?

Uplift Cleaning Company has tried other solutions for Customer Relations Management (CRM) that were designed for the service industry, like cleaners, home repair, and lawn care in general, and found that these solutions were not what Uplift Cleaning Company needed. What we needed was something specific to residential and commercial cleaning, and we also added poop scooping in there too!

By creating our own software, we were able to make Inhale HQ into what we needed to support Uplift Cleaning Company well in our day-to-day operations.

The Uplift Advantage

There are a variety of advantages to hiring Uplift Cleaning Company to clean your home or business. Among them are our professional and well trained uniformed staff, all of our cleaners have passed a Vulnerable Sector Background check, and our ability to customize what is cleaned to each home and sometimes even have flexibility about what is being cleaned on each cleaning appointment.

Inhale HQ gives us an advantage in the Niagara cleaning space, with us having our own bespoke software to help us meet your cleaning needs better!

Uplift Cleaning Company is an independent cleaning business based in Fort Erie, providing service throughout the Niagara region. We provide residential and commercial cleaning services.
